  • This is NOT true!! If his name is on the birth certificates, he is allowed custody. I used to work for a lawyer and thsi stuff came up often.. Maybe this is only in NC but he DOES have the same rights as her unless something else is proven.

  • Yeah, I don't understand why everyone keeps defending the mom either. Most women are crazy. I guess I'm the only woman... woman enough to admit it. Maybe I'm really a guy in a womans body... Women are sooo emotional and dramatic that I've learned to take everything they say with a grain of salt.

  • Well you all shouldn't be so judgemental about him...or her... The facts are that ANY judge will ALWAYS give the Mother custody UNLESS there is a reason not to. Money or no money... You HAVE to prove a Mother UNFIT for her not to get custody.

  • Wow! She is horrifying! I think gray hair is very distinguishing but it looks like she's going for an afro with long hair. And what is with that makeup? Was it a halloween party? I don't like making fun of people but why would you put yourself out there looking like that.
